JP’s second European tour of 2016 kicks off Weds. Aug 31st at Sugarfactory in Amsterdam NL, leading three weeks in Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland…full dates up now!

Hitting the ground running, JP returns to Nashville to host two very special events during the Americana Music Association’s “AmericanaFest” week, Sept. 20-25. In the interest of further promoting and preserving roots music, he has teamed with Valcour Records and the City Of Lafayette to present “The Acadiana Revue” at The Crying Wolf on Thurs. Sept. 22nd, feat. Joel Savoy, The Revelers, and Courtney Granger, all hailing from the culturally-rich swamps of South Louisiana’s Cajun country. (This event is free to the public, 21+) To ease everyone out of the bustling week, JP teams again with Wildwood Revival to present the 3rd Annual “Sunday Morning Coming Down” at Fond Object Records. The lineup includes JP, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Ariel Bui, Tim Easton, Blackfoot Gypsies, and Fly Golden Eagle, along with many surprise guests. Free to the public and all ages, this event is intended to provide another view of the familial nature of Nashville music community. Come for the local craft vendors, cool libations, and of course JP’s famous gumbo. Noon ’til 8:00PM.

Shortly thereafter the boys will load up for a two-night stand at The Whitehorse (JP’s home away from home) in Austin, TX, Oct 21-22. The following weekend they return to the unparalleled Blackpot Festival and Cookoff in Lafayette, LA, for their fifth performance over the last seven years. There is no better way to experience Cajun food, music, and dance…with a little honky tonk thrown in…
